I think I have a typical Asian skin color tone. When I was child my skin color was a little brighter than now, and sometimes my skin color tone looks darker when I feel cold. But mostly it keeps constant color tone.
And I would mix these pigments to make my skin color :
Cadmium Orange(little) + White + Yellow Ochre + Raw Sienna
