    Rachel, a NEUTRAL by definition goes in no specific HUE direction. So it could seem to come from ANY hue depending on the person seeing it. These seem to be green- if that is the neutral- and a true neutral would be flesh, tan, browns, etc...
    But your spectrals and light/darks look good!
