"The Brain" at the AMNH

"The Brain" exhibit at the Museum of Natural history has a few good pieces on how we perceive color and shape. Some images are below:















Russian composer Alexander Scriabin composed a musical light orchestra
by assigning colors to each note.






















This demonstrates one form of synesthesia where people see letters in color even when they are printed in black and white.

























This Mona Lisa mosiac is made out of different color spools of thread. When seen through the class ball it appears the normal way even though the image is placed upside down.
